Listening is a wonderful gift
"I often find myself at the end of my motivational seminars or conferences of my esteem, to stop talking to many women. I tell all start with me and tell me their life. Sometimes down in detail so that put me in difficulties.
I do not deny that my aesthetic side of 47, still attractive is important, as I do not deny that it can help in dialogue with many women. Although believe me, is not primarily for this reason that in the last three or four years I was coaching with many women.
Otherwise, do not you explain the many men who are equally the ranks at the end of the seminars and conferences to talk to me.
I think I know what I like to women to me and why I come to find: have the gift of listening . Gift or ability to feel that they do not all men have and I have developed over time, improving my ability to pay attention to people who speak to me.
Listening is wonderful. Listening is vital if you want to lay the foundation for understanding a person, whether woman or man.
On the day of Women's Day, I recommend to any male who reads this post, learn to listen to your wife, your girlfriend, your daughter. Do it in an active way, turned con il corpo verso la persona che Vi parla e guardandola negli occhi.
Fatelo con la giusta attenzione, in maniera completa. Smettendo di fare tutto quello che state facendo in quel momento e dando, alla donna che avete davanti, la piena e totale attenzione. Vi ricordate la prima volta che siete usciti con Lei? Ecco, fatelo in quel modo… tutti i giorni.
L’esperienza di formatore prima e di personal mental coach dopo, mi insegna che sono pochi, veramente pochi gli uomini che sanno ascoltare una donna. Quindi, cari maschietti che state leggendo, avete un’opportunità unica per conquistare Vostra moglie, Vostra figlia o la Vostra compagna… listen actively.

While I salute all the women who are reading and to renew the practice of boys (among other very good in many other contexts), I cordially greet Gianluca Pistore for hospitality on his blog.
Here's a guy "cute", which are certainly going places, long way. If you will listen with patience and attention, will one day be a great coach.
