Sono un imprenditore e difendo la flessibilità del lavoro, perché la trovo utile e connaturata alle esigenze delle aziende.
Non sono però un folle e trovo che la formula italiana adottata per la flessibilità sia idiota sia economicamente che socialmente.
Due esempi chiariscono il concetto che è anche intuitivo circa il costo della risorsa.
